How to inspect the normal operation of the kiln? How to deal with abnormalities?
① Inspection contents
a. Whether the cooling air volume and related cooling air volume at the pool wall are normal, and whether the pool wall bricks are cracked and reddened;
b. Whether there is reddening and fire transmission in the lower gap, whether the burner bricks are burnt and fire transmission, especially whether the iron plate on the upper side of the lower gap is burnt and fire transmission:
c, each swan top insulation and expansion joints, each chest wall and small furnace expansion joints whether there is reddening, smoke or fire transmission:
d. Whether the expansion joints at the front and rear walls of the heat storage room are reddened and fire-permeable;
e. Whether there are abnormal changes in the structure of the feeding port or related burns;
f, the kiln is found in the “dark spot” condition or other abnormal changes (Note: “dark spot” that is burned local cold surface);
② shift found abnormalities should be handled as follows
a, first of all, as soon as possible to carry out self-diagnosis: the abnormalities found with the previous comparison or relevant records to ensure that the abnormalities are controllable;
b, secondly, found that the anomalies are difficult to determine, must be reported to the leadership and furnace technology responsible person, to facilitate the timely adoption of relevant measures:
c, if the anomaly is found to be serious burned steel structure or pool wall brick cracking leakage of glass liquid, emergency measures must be taken in a timely manner (such as blowing cooling, etc.), and at the same time report to the relevant leadership and furnace technology, as soon as possible, to organize further processing personnel.
